I enjoyed my stay at Palm Paradise, Aonang Resort, especially the Palm Twin Villa. The pool view rooms were nice with spacious balconies where I could relax. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the pool staff were friendly and cheerful, making my time at the pool even better.

Facilities need serious attention!!! Plumbing barely functions, resulting in flooding after showers. Dull lighting made cleanliness hard to assess, with stained sheets requiring a change!!! Inconsistent WiFi connectivity disappoints during stays.

palm paradise, aonang resort had a lovely pool area surrounded by palm trees, perfect for relaxing after hiking. the water power stream jets in the pool were a fun touch. i appreciated the free wi-fi, making it easy to plan my day trips to the hot springs after exploring the charming forest trails nearby.

The overall condition of the room left much to be desired, with stained sheets and a lingering musty smell. While the outdoor areas were serene and well-maintained, the pool had an unusual chlorine level, causing skin irritation during our short visit. We enjoyed the fried fish from the on-site food service, but the limited breakfast options were disappointing. Staff interactions were often unhelpful, and despite asking for an extra bedding set for our third guest, we faced additional charges and inflexibility.

This resort suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. I remember when staff helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. I recommend enjoying the pool area! I’m coming back for a holiday.
